Today I went back home. Currently, my mother is away abroad to care for my ill grandmother, leaving my father and sister alone at home. It’s a bit of a tough situation all things considered. I went to visit for my birthday and stayed a while. Now I left, leaving them together alone. So it goes, I suppose. I’m very tired after a long train drive so do not expect too much lyricism. I did go for a walk in the night but sadly there was no moon and the mist hung thick in the air. It was a haunted sight, but beautiful in its own way. I’m glad I still had the energy for that. There is something magical and mysterious about the mist at night time. It feels like it hides something. It feels like it blankets everything.
